This full day course will increase your awareness and knowledge of Paperless Direct Debits, Bacs requirements and processes, as well as your role and responsibilities as a service user.

We understand the importance of training for users to increase their knowledge and understanding of the Direct Debit processes. This includes knowledge of the Direct Debit Instructions, collections process, Guarantee, and Bacs reports to enable you to provide a professional and compliant service to your customers.

allpay offer a one day course held on-site at your organisation. You will have a dedicated trainer who will offer support and advice and deliver the training for you and your team. Where appropriate they will be able to tailor this workshop to your bespoke needs and requirements, ensuring it fits your needs.
